INVITATION FOR ALL WREXHAM'S CHILDCARE PROVIDERSInformation & Engagement Sessions relating to the Procurement Process of Flying Start Childcare & Non-Maintained Funded Early Education.Wrexham County Borough Council is reviewing the existing framework for the above provision(s) with the intention to publish to the Market in 2022.Following on from the Information & Engagement sessions offered in January 2022, the Authority would like to invite you to the Procurement Information Session(s) which will discuss the process of how Flying Start Childcare & Non-Maintained Funded Early Education will be contracted within Wrexham.If you are interested in attending the Procurement Information Session(s)), please select which session you would like to attend and return following the details below.We would recommend that each childcare setting which wishes to provide any of the above should send a representative to one of these meetings. We also strongly urge that existing providers also attend these sessions as you will be required to reapply for the provision.SESSIONS AVAILABLEThursday 17th February 2022**Registration Deadline: Monday 14th February 12 noon13:00 - 15:00 (1pm - 3pm) via Microsoft TeamsThursday 17th February 2022**Registration Deadline: Tuesday 15th February 12 noon18:00 - 20:00 (6pm - 8pm) via Microsoft TeamsTo register your attendance at one of the above sessions then please email Nicola Thompson on nicola.thompson@wrexham.gov.uk to confirm a place. Confirmation and details of how to log in to the meeting will be circulated after the deadline date.** WCBC RESERVE TO RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REARRANGE SESSIONS DEPENDANT ON ATTENDEE NUMBERS.
