The Council is seeking to engage suitably experienced and qualified Contractor(s) to enter into a Tender for the Appointment of a Contractor for Improvements at Trem-Yr-Allt, Machynlleth.Works are to include but not limited to; Demolition and reinstatement of staircase/landing, Demolish existing garages & grub up concrete floor slabs, Provide kerb stones to all unrestrained edges of new parking area, Erecting walls and raised beds.Please note that due to a number of properties being occupied by leaseholders the council is duty bound to consult with the leaseholders on works that are to be carried out.Works are to be completed no later than 31/03/2023.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
