Engage with people from the target audience in the development of the training programme including development of role plays and use of language that are familiar to the target audience initiative. The length of delivery of the training programme (number and length of sessions) should be justified in accordance with the research evidence and engagement with the target audience. Integrate external evaluation into the model through an academic partner.
