Newport City Council (NCC) is inviting tenders initially on behalf of Newport City Council, Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) and Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) from suitably licenced and experienced contractors to join the existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of passenger transport services as detailed in the tender documents; these services being for taxi, minibus, coach and local bus service provision. The DPS is utilised mainly to secure transport for transporting children to and from school, for transporting children and adults within the social care system, and for securing local bus services for the public.

Renewal: Note - whilst the above duration states 60 months, the DPS will be utilised by the Contracting Authorities until it is deemed to no longer offer a suitable solution to procure passenger transport requirements. Therefore the DPS may run for longer than 60 months.

Vehicles with 9 to 16 seats
