Framework for Repair & Maintenance of Passenger Lifts
Notice Description
The domestic property portfolio of the Council comprises a mixture of social housing (approximately 13,785 properties in number) and other properties.The Council has 25 properties containing passenger lifts (made up of high rise and sheltered properties).Scope* Planned Lift Maintenance* Responsive Lift RepairsStructureThe Council has concluded that its requirements are best achieved by procuring a Framework Agreement with a single Contractor delivering all elements (repair and maintenance). This provides continuity of responsibility including repair and maintenance.
