CONSERVATION ARCHITECT LED DESIGN TEAM
Notice Description
We're looking for an experienced Design Team that has a proven track record of similar conservation refurbishments in the cultural sector. This is a bespoke project comprising a Conservation accredited architect, structural engineer, building services consultant and Principal Designer and the commission will be based on standard industry terms and conditions but incorporating the appended Schedules of Service. It is Tylorstown Welfare Hall's expectation to receive full services from all consultants.Basis of AppointmentsWe propose that the Consultants are appointed on the basis of an appropriate industry standard form such as provided by the RIBA and ACE. Bespoke forms of agreement will not be accepted. The appended Schedules are an amplification and addition to standard services and shall be embedded into the formal contract.The Consultant will maintain and provide evidence of professional indemnity insurance cover for the work undertaken for a minimum value of PS5 million.Allow for drafting for approval.The appointment will include break points to allow for external approvals for planning / listed building consent and funding.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=133462.
