Notice Description

Professional Services Short Contract - NEC4.Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint a Multi Discipline Team to carry out redesign and remodelling works at Coed Pella Offices, Colwyn Bay, Conwy. This work will need to be undertaken in phases as the building will be occupied.This work is to facilitate the relocation of services and accommodation currently at Bodlondeb Offices, Conwy into the one site at Coed Pella.The Consultant will be required to take the scheme from RIBA Stage 0 through to RIBA Stage 4 for all information to be included into Tender documents ready for tendering.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=134104.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
