The type of establishment vary from Council/Trust Leisure Centres, Theatres and Sports Clubs to Community Association Clubs and Village Social Clubs. Likewise, the volume turnover varies considerably by site from a small hall turning over 10 brewers barrels a year to large community associations turning over nearly 250 barrels a year. With such a large diverse customer base, the expectation also varies with regard to Representation and Customer/Service Support. Many sites place a large emphasis on regular, personal contact with representatives, whilst others were happy with telesales representation and only infrequent personal contact; however, this is not in relation to account turnover, in fact, in many instances, quite the contrary.
