Not only does this degradation critically compromise the efficiency and operation of the air handling system but the mess caused on the roof spaces is having an impact on drainage channels and making the building more susceptible to leaks and flooding issues. The aim of the project is to clean up the roof space and minimise these issues moving forward and to renew and protect the ductwork long term – improving the overall customer experience in the 2 main theatre spaces and also enhancing the buildings environmental sustainability and improving energy efficiency.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144799.
