Conwy Vulnerable Adults (Mental Health) Carers Assessment and Support Service
Notice Description
Conwy County Borough Council has completed a tender exercise and has appointed a suitable Service Provider to provide an assessment and support service for adult unpaid carers of individuals open to Conwy's Vulnerable People Service, which includes those with mental health issues, to maintain their caring role and sustain their wellbeing.The contract will be applicable for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further two years.
