You are invited to submit a tender for the Inspection and Maintenance of Firefighting Equipment in Public Building & Educational Establishments.The scope of the project is fully described in the Tender Documentation but in summary the scope is:Visit all sites listed within ONE week of the designated test date.Test and inspect all portable firefighting extinguishers and Fire Blankets.Test and inspect all Fire Hose Reels.Inspect all Firefighting equipment labelling and install/replace where required.Provide detailed work sheets listing all devices present on each site and any replacements made.Exchange any and all out of date or unserviceable firefighting extinguishers and fire blankets as well as hose reel parts, as listed.The dates of inspection are listed in the sites list in Appendix 3.Upload the worksheets onto the RAMIS database within ONE week of testing.Provide Invoices with Service Worksheets, (signed by the Building Manager), within 2 weeks of test/inspection visit.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146026. Refresh your screen by clicking on the opportunities icon located on the left hand side, to view the opportunity click the blue arrow;13. Note the closing date for completion of the relevant project.
