You are hereby invited to tender for the above contract which involves the service maintenance and operation of pumping station installations and ancillary equipment that are controlled by the City and County of Swansea. You are hereby invited to tender for the above contract which involves the service maintenance and operation of pumping station installations and ancillary equipment that are controlled by the City and County of Swansea. The responsibility for the installations are spread over a number of Departments within the Council, but the co-ordinating responsibility rests with the Highways and Transportation Department. The majority of the above mentioned stations have telemetry links and the successful contractor will be required to respond to telemetry alarm "call outs" by attending the station both during normal working hours and out of hours.

You are hereby invited to tender for the above contract which involves the service maintenance and operation of pumping station installations and ancillary equipment that are controlled by the City and County of Swansea. The responsibility for the installations are spread over a number of Departments within the Council, but the co-ordinating responsibility rests with the Highways and Transportation Department. The majority of the above mentioned stations have telemetry links and the successful contractor will be required to respond to telemetry alarm "call outs" by attending the station both during normal working hours and out of hours.. The installations vary in size, type and mode of operation. It will be the tenderer's responsibility to ensure that they have made sufficient effort to familiarise themselves with the installations and understand fully their obligation toward them under this contract.The "Annual Service" of the schools pumping stations to be undertaken during the school holiday periods.

Renewal: 1st February 2025 to 31st January 2027 (With The Option To Extend For Up To A Further 24 Months, in 12 Monthly Intervals)
