The proposed Scheme will provide active travel (walking and cycling) improvements on the Upper and Lower Aston Hall Lane corridor in Hawarden (from the Plough Inn roundabout, Aston to the B5125 'The Highway', Hawarden). The corridor currently provides very little active travel provision.
