Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council are seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide servicing and maintenance to the Authorities existing Honeywell Trend Vision Building Management System and to also carry out the installation of new Honeywell Trend Visions BMS Systems in existing and new Blaenau Gwent Council properties.Please note that the winning tenderer will be responsible for maintenance, both PPM and reactive, of existing BGCBC Trend BMS systems.The winning tenderer will also be responsible for all new Trend BMS system installations within BGCBC for refurbishment and new build projects.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. Examples of the range of benefits include but are not exhaustive to -1. Training & recruitment of economically inactive people2. Supply chain initiatives3. Environmental initiatives4. Cultural initiatives5. Educational initiatives6. Community initiatives7. Retention & training of existing workforce8. Working with the 3rd Sector9. A contribution to the Community Investment Fund of a minimum of 1.5% of the tendered sum if unable to deliver or in addition to the above initiatives.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
