Notice Description
Initially the appointment will involve managing the pre-contract service including design team, quantity surveyor and supporting specialists through RIBA 4 design and tender development for a traditional JCT lump sum tender. Under this contract, the Architect will be providing full Contract Administrator duties.The build programme will be phased in two main sections over 16-month period on site. The initial phase will target getting the Institute level ready and accessible and the second phase the Hall level. The external refurbishment will be undertaken over both phases. During that time TWH will continue to offer the community services albeit restricted with the building works.Full details of the project are included within the project pack comprising RIBA 3 design, cost plan, programme, risk register, project organogram and other supporting details about TWH.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=151483.
