Cyngor Gwynedd needs to commission a provider to provide holding difficult conversations training.Many of our managers and team leaders say that having difficult conversations with staff is one of the hardest aspects of their role. From time to time, they have to face conversations with their staff that they anticipate will be challenging and difficult, and they feel they lack the skills to conduct them effectively. Situations like these include dealing with underperformance, unacceptable behaviour, investigating reports of bullying, giving feedback, refusing to collaborate effectively with colleagues, or handling personal and sensitive issues.The aim of this training is to introduce a range of practical techniques to support them in having meaningful and constructive conversations.The Council wishes to appoint a provider who can deliver the training in Welsh and English.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=155676.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
