Provision and Installation of a new EOPS System Including Hardware, Software and Support
Notice Description
POVISION AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW EPOS SYSTEM, INCLUDING HARDWARE, SOFTARE AND SUPPORTAmgueddfa Cymru wishes to procure an EPOS provider to supply hardware, software and support for its Retail and Food & Beverage outlets across the estate, to be in place by April 1st 2026. This is due to the current EPOS contract expiring at the end of March 2026.The EPOS solution must be fit for purpose, able to underpin and support the growth of the Retail, F&B and online catering income streams. This will be achieved through an intuitive and streamlined user interface, supported by detailed reporting and stock management functionality.The EPOS solution must be able to upscale and grow with the business. For context:* Retail currently operates 9 outlets with 10 tills across 7 sites, forecast to generate PS1.4million in turnover in 2025/26* F&B currently operates 12 outlets with 13 tills across 6 sites, forecast to generate PS2.18million in turnover in 2025/26* Both F&B and Retail operate pop-ups and seasonal offers across the estate throughout the year, so any EPOS provider would need to be able to provide agile handheld EPOS solutions to support this, as well as the ability to deploy additional fixed tills to sites as demand requires.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=155776.
