Notice Description
The requirement is for the supply of a new RPMM system. The system should provide the basis to take forward a number of initiatives including: The provision for operatives to receive real time notification of jobs; Allowing real time scheduling of all jobs; Enabling electronic confirmation by a tenant that a job has been completed; Exploring and enhancing the opportunities for flexible working; Exploring opportunities for alternative stock management mechanisms; Real time progress monitoring for service users through a web portal or mobile app; Provides managers with a real time overview of contracts, costs and repairs; Flexible planned maintenance and servicing functionality; and To record and maintenance full stock condition records.
