CRE are seeking to appoint a number of sub-contractors that consistently meet the highest professional levels of performance and conduct. The providers will need to deliver high quality repair works across a number of areas, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of the Social Housing environment. In a complex legal and regulatory environment, CRE require providers that take responsibility for achieving: * Compliance with legislation and regulations * Minimisation of risk, in respect of all aspects of the service provision to CRE. * Diversity and equality of opportunity * Complete financial regularity CRE are seeking professional providers that thrive on high standards, and have the ability to work in partnership with us to provide joint efficiencies. CRE require the providers to work with us to provide a quality, consistent service and to have an understanding of our values. The successful Applicants will also be required to demonstrate a proven track record on delivering similar type contracts along with providing sustainable competitive pricing throughout the term of the contract. The Applicant must have excellent customer service and be able to provide a dedicated account management. The work will be grouped into the 2 Lots and the estimated total lot values are provided in the PQQ Documentation. It should be noted that all values are indicative and do not represent any guaranteed volume of business through this contract. The postcodes where these works have been completed in the last year are provided within document 4 but it should be noted that these postcodes are not exhaustive and CRE do work in other similar areas. A stock map for CRE has also been provided for reference in the accompanying documents The work streams covered in each of these lots will be all encompassing as CRE seek to work with partners who are multi-discipline and not trade specific. However from the spend analytics and the data provided in documents 3, Joinery, Finishing, Plumbing and Heating, Electrical and Roofing will be the predominant work streams but Glazing, Externals and Brickwork will be required in smaller volumes. It is not essential that a company provides all of these services but it is advantageous.
