Maintenance & Repair of Glasgow Life's Portfolio of Synthetic Sports Surfaces for 3yrs with an option to extend for a further period of 1yr. Each site and its facilities listed in Appendix 1 (this can be found within the attachment area of the Invitation to Tender) will receive the following core range of works as part of the contract. Litter/Surface Debris Removal Static Brushing Contra Rotating Brushing Inspection of seams and inlaid lines Inspection of heavy wear areas + top-up infill levels as required Power Grooming Weed/Moss/Algaecide Treatment Re-lining of painted sports lines Surface Infill (excl water based) Frost Prevention Synthetic Carpet Repairs Water Based Pitch Cleaning Athletic Track Cleaning Synthetic Turf "Rejuvination" Performance Testing Recording Maintenance Activity Client Progress Meetings and Reports Facility Condition Report. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts(Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Option to extend for a further period of one year
