The maximum duration of the contract wil be determined on the basis of the time that the successful tenderer could reasonably be expected to install and recoup on the investment made in operating the contract together with a return on investment to SPT taking account of the initial two sites and future opportunities.. 1) This is a new opportunity to install and develop further advertising infrastructure. 2) No contract duration has been set and tenderers will be requested to put forward differing options with a final decision being made prior to award of contract.",

            "performanceTerms": "1) Successful tenderers will require to sign up to a Service Level Agreement and Key Performance indicators following award of contract. 2) Management reporting information in relation to sales of space, revenues will be required on a regular basis. 3) Reports and presentations of information on updates / changes within the OOH Market place will be required throughtout the duration of the contract(s) 4) SPT will require during the contract access to conduct a full audit of income and expenditure. SPT at its sole discretion shall determine the information which is considered reasonably necessary for the purposes of conducting a full audit."
