Scheduled/Regular Bulk Mail (Print & Post)

This is for Lot 2- Scheduled/Regulars Bulk (Print & Post) of the Postal Services Framework Agreement SP-15-014. Production and delivery of scheduled or regular bulk mailings. The mailings will be achieved via the secure transfer of address and data files to an off-site print location where the mail will then be printed, sorted and passed for delivery to the final destination. This includes but is not limited to:- health screening letters, generic health messaging, appointment letters, council tax notices, campaigns and communications.
