Bulk Bitumen Products

The supply & delivery of bulk bitumen products for the repair of roads and pathways for all Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies (defined as "Council" or "Councils" (as appropriate) in accordance with the "Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract" and "Appendix 1 - Scotland Excel Standard Terms of Supply") who will be permitted to purchase under this proposed Framework Agreement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations.. Economic operators may be excluded from the competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Reinstatement Products

The supply & delivery of reinstatement products for the repair of roads and pathways for all Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies (defined as "Council" or "Councils" (as appropriate) in accordance with the "Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract" and "Appendix 1 - Scotland Excel Standard Terms of Supply") who will be permitted to purchase under this proposed Framework Agreement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations..
