Provision of a Medical Advisory Service to support the Contracting Authority's activities in administering the National Health Service (NHS) and Teachers' pension schemes in Scotland and determining the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland)'s (LGPS) Internal Disputes Resolution Procedure (IDRP)'s appeals. The contract will not be divided into lots as Contract Management arrangements for this would be onerous for both the Contracting Authority and the Economic Operator in relation to the complexity, size and scope of the requirement.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
