The field service component is intended to integrate with front office functions allowing field service personnel to be able to: - accept, reject and update jobs sent to them, - get information about a customer, asset or premises involved in a job - get information about the assets involved in a job, - get information to support the job from a variety of internal and external sources, including photo, video - identify equipment that is required to complete the job, - identifiy relatated jobs for the customer, at the asset/premise or in the vicinity - report job status back to corporate functions - complete a job with the relevant required information, - ask for additional work to be carried out where applicable.

Renewal: upto 5 additional years.
