This framework agreement is for the supply of the following medicines to NHS Scotland, Valganciclovir 50mg/ml powder for oral solution, Valganciclovir 450mg tablets, Caspofungin 50mg and 70 mg powder for solution for infusion. Each product line was treated as an individual lot and has been awarded as a single supplier framework.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement by up to a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension.
