Notice Description

NHS Highland has awarded a Contract for the provision of Healthcare Mobility Equipment Servicing, Maintenance and Inspection Services to cover all PUWER and LOLER requirements.

Lot Information

Lot 1 Annual PPM Servicing and Maintenance PUWER - Lifting and Other Equipment

Lot 1 requires PUWER Servicing and Maintenance of the items such as hoists, specialist showers, baths and bath lifts etc. which are installed in Healthcare Facilities within NHS Highland.. The Authority treated as ineligible and did not select any bidder on any of the grounds set out in 1.17 - 1.70 of the ESPD. The bidders used the ESPD as a self-declaration that they had not breached any of the mandatory and discretionary exclusion grounds, or satisfactory self-cleansing measures and that they met the relevant selection criteria.

Renewal: Up to a further 12 months

Lot 2 Bi-Annual Inspections LOLER - Lifting and Other Equipment

Lot 2 requires LOLER Thorough Examinations of the Lifting Equipment and Lifting Accessories as required by the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations LOLER98. The types of equipment includes, hoists, slings, bath lifts etc. which are installed in Healthcare Facilities within NHS Highland.. The Authority treated as ineligible and did not select any bidder on any of the grounds set out in 1.17 - 1.70 of the ESPD.
