Occupational Health Nurse services are also required for the assessment of pre employment questionnaires and health surveillance relating to areas such as Hand Arm Vibration, Lung Functioning and Audio metrics.

It is possible that periods of cover will be required for the Council's Occupational Nurse to cover leave/periods of absence.

Renewal: Possible extension of a further 24 months dependant on funding and performance
