Response is completely relevant and excellent overall. The Bidders will require to achieve a score of 3 - Good or 4 - Excellent in respect of each question 4C.1.2, 4C.3 and 4C.6 in order to qualify. Questions 4C.8.1, 4C.8.2 and 4C.10 will not be scored but still need to be answered. - Section D: Quality Assurance Schemes And Environmental Management Standards There are three questions in this section: 4D.1, 4D1.1 and 4D1.2. Bidders must be able to provide the supporting evidence at point of contract award. If Bidders are not able to produce certificates drawn up by independent bodies, please explain why and specify which other means of proof can be provided (options are available on the contract notice).
