                    "description": "Financial Standing East Ayrshire Council (EAC) will take cognisance of the financial integrity of bidder before any submission evaluation is carried out. Bidders will be required to have a minimum general yearly turnover of 11 million GBP (twice the contract value) for the last 2 years. Bidders will be required to have a minimum yearly turnover of 11 million GBP for the last 2 years in the specific business area covered by this contract. EAC will commission an independent third party credit report from Experian using the Company Registration number supplied by the bidder. Any bidder who does not meet EAC's minimum threshold of a Commercial Delphi Score of 50 out of 100 will have the ESPD submission regarded as a \"Fail\" and will not be considered further. Credit reports from other agencies will not be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that all information held by Experian is current and accurate on the submission date of this ESPD. EAC will not enter into discussions with bidders who fail to ensure that their Experian scores are accurate by the due submission date. Financial Status - Non Limited Companies - The company turnover based on the Signed Off Accounts for the last financial year should be no less than two times the value of the tender being submitted. Bidders who fail to meet this requirement will be excluded. In the event that any bidder does not meet the financial criteria for consideration but has a parent company that does, the bidder may still be eligible for consideration where their submission is supported by a Parent Company Guarantee. Bidders who cannot provide measures to the satisfaction of the Council may have their submission rejected. Bidders must also note that information in relation to any Performance Bond or Liquidated Damages will be detailed in the Invitation to Tender document. Insurances It is a requirement of this Contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded Contract, the insurances indicated below. Employers (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 10 million GBP in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims. Public & Product Liability Insurance = 10 million GBP in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims. Professional Indemnity Insurance = 10 million GBP in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims. Motor Vehicle Insurance = Minimum Third Party Motor Vehicle Liability in respect of any motor vehicle or plated plant used. All Bidders must complete EAC's Insurance Questionnaire."
