There is a requirement to provide install and maintain a range of technology products in the new Hospital at Dumfries

Lot Information

Hospital Entertainment System

A complete entertainment System is required including TVs and a control system to provide content. This will be required as an ongoing service including initial installation, ongoing support and integration into the Hospital network.

Meeting Room Audio Visual Equipment purchase, installation and support

A range of Audio visual equipment is required to be purchased, installed and maintained

PCs, Laptops and Computer Tablets purchase and installation.

A number of PCs, Laptops and Computer Tablets are required to be purchased, configured, installed and maintained in the new Hospital. We are asking for the PCs and laptops to be priced as part of this bid but reserve the right to use other framework contracts for their purchase.

Check in Kiosks for Hospital Outpatients

A number of patient check in Kiosks are required to be purchased, installed and maintained. These must also connect to Hospital Computer Systems. We reserve the right to use other frameworks in place of this Lot.
