The Authority is seeking to appoint a Contractor(s) for the supply, delivery of Franking Machines and associated products and services including installation and configuration of equipment and provision of consumables to the further education / higher education (FE/HE) sector (UK wide) and the wider Public Sector (Scotland) as listed within Appendix E of the ITT. Please note the Framework Value quoted includes 'pass through' costs including postage costs set by Royal Mail. The actual estimated spend for the total potential Framework Agreement period excluding these costs is 16,543,713 GBP. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further period up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
