To work with suppliers, local technical and service management staff to co-ordinate the delivery configuration scheduling and snagging of equipment.To manage deployment staff as required and to define schedules and produce regular highlight reports describing that status of the project.This is a mini competition from the Scottish Government Interim IT Services Framework
