Award ofthe following requirement:The Scottish Children's Reporter Administration (SCRA) and Children's Hearings Scotland (CHS)would like to invite you to submit a proposal for the provision of Internal Audit Services through a mini competition using the Advanced Procurement for Universities & Colleges (APUC) Audit Services Framework Ref. PFB1005AP - Lot 1 Internal Audit (General and Estates & Property).This competition will be split into two Lots as follows:Lot 1 - Scottish Children's Reporter AdministrationLot 2 - Children's Hearings ScotlandContractors may bid for either Lot 1, Lot 2 or for both Lots. A single contractor is required for each Lot. Contracts will be awarded to the contractor who receives the highest total score offering the most economically advantageous tender for the relevant Lot. The over Price:Quality ratio is 30:70. Further details of the Price and Quality criteria are shown on the attached Tender Response Document.The Terms & Conditions of Contract shall be the Appendix D - Standard Terms & Conditions of the Framework (copy attached).
