Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to develop a new contract arrangement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is an opportunity for providers to help shape the future model prior to a tender exercise later in 2017.

Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to develop a new contract arrangement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is an opportunity for providers to help shape the future model prior to a tender exercise later in 2017. The aim of the service will be to provide person-centred, outcome-focussed care and support to Angus residents, in line with Self-Directed Support legislation and complemented by a comprehensive, predefined pricing model. If you are interested in participating in one or more consultation meetings to help develop the new model, please register your interest by e-mailing Jamie Aitchison, Contracts Officer at aitchisonj@angus.gov.uk.. A consultation event will be arranged following the closure of this notice, and will likely take place in March 2017.
