Tenders are invited from experienced providers of Multi-disciplinary Specialist Design Team Consultancy Services that can provide high quality professional services and advice using a customer focused approach in the public sector. The Lead Consultant will be the Conservation Architect. The Services required are to be split into two phases

Lot 1

Fife Council wishes to acquire the services of a Multidisciplinary Specialist Design Team Consultancy Services. Tenders are invited from experienced providers of Multi-disciplinary Specialist Design Team Consultancy Services that can provide high quality professional services and advice using a customer focused approach in the public sector. The Lead Consultant will be the Conservation Architect. The Services required are to be split into two phases. Phase 1 (Work Package 1) Deliverables It is envisaged that the commission will result in the development of the following documents: a)Silverburn Park Designed Landscape Survey b)Flax Mill Historic Building Survey & Conservation Statement c)Flax Mill designs and outline costs up to and including RIBA Stage 2 d)Corriemar Historic Building Survey / Options Appraisal e)Silverburn House Historic Building Survey / options review And Phase 2 Deliverables Subject to funding, the appointed Lead Consultant will be invited (by the Employer's Agent) to quote for Work Package(s) to continue working on Silverburn Flax Mill; with detailed design, negotiation of necessary consents, and obtaining contractor's quotations for construction. This will be Phase 2 and in this second phase the Multidisciplinary Specialist design team will be required to develop a fully detailed and costed scheme which can be implemented through traditional forms of construction procurement up to completion of the project.

Renewal: Option of 12 months extension
