These were linked to external policy development and included services contracted separately for the development of an application programming interface (API) that could not be delivered as intended and which was transferred to exeGesIS under the scope of this Contract. The scope of the Contract could accommodate these developments, however the timing and the scale of the work required had not been anticipated and therefore the value of the Contract was used more rapidly than expected.
