Argyll and Bute Council is seeking to appoint a supplier / service provider(s) for the provision of Banking Services and Merchant Acquirer Services to Argyll and Bute Council advertised in two lots.

Banking Services
Banking Services - provision of accounts, online banking services; credit facilities; local cheque cashing and Lodging facilities and other related services.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Bidders must refer to tender docs for conditions on variant bids Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: This contract may be extended for up to 3 further years.
Merchant Acquirer ServiceThe Council requires a Merchant Acquiring Service to facilitate the collection, processing and authorising of Chip/Pin , customer present, payments taken at Council facilities, and card transactions passed from existing payment gateway supplier for customer not present transactions (telephone payments)..
