Notice Description
The aim of this project is to ensure that families living in the Highland Council area are in receipt of all appropriate entitlements, ensuring any debt issues are explored and empower clients to manage their financial matters.
Lot Information
Lot 1
This contract will involving engaging with parents living in the Highland Council area whose children attend one of the 220 Highland Council schools within this area. Suppliers will be required to explore and develop innovative approaches to identifying need and reducing poverty across this wide geography and dispersed settlement pattern across the whole Highland Council area. The contract will not be divided into lots as this would make the management of the contract excessively difficult.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
