Prior approval from the Provider is required for any sub contract and copies of sub contract documentation will be requested. Scoring of the ESPD will be on a Pass / Fail basis. The scoring for the Technical and Professional Ability Section of the ESPD will be as described in the scoring appendix on Page 19 of the ITT. Scoring of Lot 1 will be:- Pricing = 60% Qualitative = 40% comprising of Delivery of service 40%, Complaints Procedure 15%, Quality Assurance 25%, management Information 15%, Commitment to Fair Working Practices 5% Community benefits are as described in Appendix 3. Exclusion: Economic Operators are required to complete and submit the Non Involvement / SOCG declaration (Appendix 2) and may be excluded from this procurement process based on findings."
