Notice Description
This framework agreement will provide a mechanism for the purchase and delivery of fire safety products including fire extinguishers, fire blankets and associated products, as well as a range of services which will ensure that relevant fire safety equipment and products are suitably maintained.

Fire Safety Equipment including Signage
This framework agreement is intended to set up an arrangement for the procurement (by the contracting authorities to entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement) of the supply and delivery of fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hoses, fire reels and associated products.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Please see the Invitation to Tender contained on the PCS-Tender project relevant to this procurement and the other Procurement Documents for further information.
Options: See II 2.7
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 24 month period, with an option to extend for up to a further two 12 month periods.
