Notice Description
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been identified as a way to reduce unnecessary manual processes by automating administrative, logic based tasks. The Council is seeking to implement an enterprise platform RPA solution using Blue Prism Licences and Associated Services, which will be initially tested on appropriate processes within the Revenues and Benefits environment. It is anticipated that following successful testing of the RPA software, that the scope of the deployment of the software will be widened beyond Revenues and Benefits processes. The successful service provider will be required to work with the Councils chosen implementation consultant. The council is seeking to procure 2 Blue Prism software licenses with an appropriate hosting solution in order to implement the RPA solution. The number of licences may increase depending on the Councils requirements. The duration for this requirement will be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been identified as a way to reduce unnecessary manual processes by automating administrative, logic based tasks. The results of the introduction of RPA software in other local authorities, has successfully demonstrated its potential. The Council is seeking to implement an enterprise platform RPA solution using Blue Prism Licences and Associated Services, which will be initially tested on appropriate processes within the Revenues and Benefits environment. It is anticipated that following successful testing of the RPA software, that the scope of the deployment of the software will be widened beyond Revenues and Benefits processes.
