The service model will be a partnership approach between commissioners and people who use services, to embed the ideas and principles of recovery into local communities and ways of working.

The award of contract to a maximum 6 providers for the delivery of an early intervention, preventative outreach Mental Health/Substance Misuse service for adults who are assessed as eligible for Community Care Services living in West Lothian to prevent the need for more acute services. The service model will be a partnership approach between commissioners, service providers and people who use services, to embed the ideas and principles of recovery into local communities and ways of working.
Renewal: Contract will be renewed on termination or expiry of current contract.
