East Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage with the market place to establish if their are suitably interested lead consultants with experience in managed service projects for HEEPS:ABS including eco funding projects. Appointment will commence approximately mid June 2017 and will involve provision of quantity surveying services in terms of tender preparation and issue by September 2017, valuation of works, documentation preparation and collation required by Housing and by Scottish Government under terms of grant.etc. Interested consultants should email debbie.hill@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk with a brief overview of experience in this area and include full name and contact details.
