Refurbishment of Ferryfield Early Learning & Child Care Centre, Alexandria
Notice Description
The refurbishment will extend to Internal and external upgrades including: - Upgrade external fabric of building, renew/upgrade downpipes & gutters, upgrade car park/traffic management and fencing. - Both playrooms will require baby changing areas to be created. - This would involve knocking through cupboards & storage areas. - We would replicate the same in both playrooms. - There currently is a baby changing area adjacent to one of the playrooms and this will require upgrading. - Electrical Rewire. Further work identified and noted from condition survey also:- - Kitchen units to be installed in the staffroom. - Canopy area to be installed at the front of the building to create an area for cover when parents come with prams. - Upgrade of external areas - painting, upgrade downpipes, etc. - Ceilings & Redecoration The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise.
