Notice Description
The Scottish Government sought to let a contract to provide four satellite communication devices. (hereafter referred to as "satellite phones") three fixed satellite phone systems to Orkney, Shetland and Western Isles Councils respectively and a portable satellite phone system to be based in Argyll and Bute Council area.
