Notice Description

The Council is looking to put in place a framework agreement for use of all service areas Council wide and its Arms Length External Organisations (ALEO's). . This Council is dividing its requirements into 2 Lots: . Lot 1 - Lease of Bottled Water Coolers; Supply of Bottled Mineral Water; Large bottles approx 19 Litres and small bottles approx 11 Litres; Quarterly maintenance and sanitisation of Bottled Water Cooler; and, Storage Racks. . Lot 2 - Bi-annual filter change and sanitisation for Plumbed in Units (PIU); Ad hoc repairs including supply of replacement parts to maintain the PIU; Free of charge loan equipment to be provided should any PIU need to be removed for off-site repairs

Supply of Bottled water coolers and Bottled water

Lease of Bottled Water Coolers; - Supply of Bottled Mineral Water; Large bottles approx 19 Litres* and small bottles approx 11 Litres*; - Quarterly maintenance and sanitisation of Bottled Water Cooler; - Storage Racks; - There shall be no separate pricing for bottle deposit charges/credits.

Options: Option to extend for up to 12 months

Renewal: Option to extend for up to 12 months

Out of warranty repairs to PIU to existing units.
