For accident damaged vehicle deemed non-drivable either due to the nature of the defect and/or conformance with construction and use reg these vehicles would be recovered using the Councils current contractual arrangement to a maximum distance of 1 hours return journey.

Where a consortium bid is received, the D&B Failure Score of each consortium member shall be assessed. Where the Tenderer intends to sub-contract more than 25% of any Contract value of a single sub-contractor, the Tenderer must provide a D&B comprehensive report on the sub-contractor.
