The sheltered accommodation is provided by four Registered Social Landlords.

Housing Support Service - Sheltered Housing (Castlehill/VSA)

Provision of a low level housing support service for tenants, seven (7) days per week, fifty two (52) weeks of the year for sixty (60) minutes per week per unit, for a total of 147 units.

Renewal: Two one year extensions at the discretion of the council after three years. Note: contract value is estimated for maximum five year period.

Housing Support Service - Sheltered Housing ( Sanctuary Housing)

Provision of a low level housing support service for tenants, seven (7) days per week, fifty two (52) weeks of the year for sixty (60) minutes per week per unit, for a total of 142 units.

Renewal: Two, one year extensions at the discretion of the council after three years. Note: contract value is estimated for maximum five year period.

Housing Support Service - Sheltered Housing (Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association)

Provision of a low level housing support service for tenants, seven (7) days per week, fifty two (52) weeks of the year for sixty (60) minutes per week per unit, for a total of 121 units.. Note: Lot 3 may not be progressed and/or awarded due to ongoing discussions in regard to decommissioning of services.

Renewal: Two one year extensions at the discretion of the council after three years. Note: contract value is estimated for maximum five year period.
