Notice Description

The Councils Property Services, on behalf of the Councils Development and Housing Services, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake phase two of the Councils 2017 Door Replacement Programme.

Lot 1

As part of the programme to bring Renfrewshire Council properties up to Scottish Housing Quality Standard compliance, the Council requires a contractor to carry out the following work: Replace existing flat entrance doors to tenements with new doors, frames and facings as per the Architects Drawings, details and Specification, together with all ancillary works in connection, e.g. brick repairs, plaster/render repairs and decoration, and Undertake Asbestos Surveys of door and frames sets and send Reports to the Contract Administrator (These are locations where the Council was unable to gain access.)
